The People's Blockade 2025 in Newcastle was a huge piece of coordinated climate action. Rising Tide is now setting up for a new phase, and we're excited to share details and possibilities with our Blue Mountains crew!
In 2026 we're going to take local action against the fossil fuel industries and its agents, who are threatening our future. We're starting by sharing and building intention with our community in the Blue Mountains.
Join us for a screening of the film "Takayna" and a potluck dinner!
You'll have opportunities to discuss the film, connect with our organisers and other volunteers, and ask questions. You'll also learn about local Rising Tide actions and how to get involved.

FOOD: Please bring something vegetarian to share for the potluck dinner! Gluten-free and vegan options are greatly appreciated. Rising Tide Blue Mountains will also provide nibblies.
