Well they look pretty dodgy, don't you think? These happy looking characters were photographed from a moving bus on the "site tour" of the proposed Newcaslte Coal Infrastructure Group's new coal loader at Kooragang Island, Newcastle. A relic from the site's previous use as BHP Steel's slag dumping grounds.
